Customer Knowledge Share: How Wizard’s Customers Benefit From Collective Product Knowledge

At Wizard, we believe software works best when you invest in people as much as technology. That’s why personal attention, hands-on service, and strong relationships are key to our approach. 

We also believe that two (or more!) heads are better than one when generating ideas, tackling challenges, and identifying solutions.

That’s why we started Wizard’s Customer Knowledge Share, a series of virtual events that allow customers to meet and talk about how they’re using our products, where they’ve had success or are running into issues, and potential solutions.

During these 60-minute events, customers get real-time insights, inputs, and practical instruction from our team and companies just like theirs. Here’s a recap of two of our most recent Customer Knowledge Shares, with more to come in 2021.


Projecto Cash Flow Roundtable

The purpose of this event was to allow customers to discuss Projecto’s cash flow module.

With companies facing cash flow challenges like never before, participants from BJC Healthcare, Mercy Health, Cleveland Clinic, CommonSpirit Health, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital talked about how they’re using Projecto’s cash flow module to simplify their cash flow predictions.

Some topics of discussion included:

  • Preparing cash flow models and schedules

  • Best practices for cash flow forecast accuracy and frequency

  • Cash flow reporting

Performo Mobile Applications Knowledge Share

Now more than ever, it’s crucial teams stay connected—whether they’re in the office or out in the field.  

At this event, participants from companies like Carleton College, Geico, Hendrick Automotive Group, Northern Rivers Family of Services, and Zion Bank talked about how Performo mobile applications help them coordinate technicians, improve communication and productivity, and facilitate proactive maintenance.  

Some topics of discussion included:

  • Different ways customers are using Performo mobile applications

  • Lessons learned from mobile applications deployment

  • Managing ongoing technician training

  • New and additional Performo mobile applications features
